The growth of the church in Africa is phenomenal and is a blessing but brings with it the challenge of quality leadership in the local church. Someone once said "when we stop learning we stop leading..." as is often the case for new leaders. The time-tested principle that the quality of leadership is only as good as the quality of discipleship is a reality in many of the congregations scattered over our continent.

The CPR Institute offers both accredited training (as a Partner with the South African Theological Seminary) and self-enrichment workshops / seminars. 

Our expected outcomes are the progressive development of  local congregational leaders and the subsequent maturity of local churches whereby they truly represent Christ in their local communities.

The purpose of these conferences, listed below, is to equip local congregational leaders as well as provide a relational network.
